Science and the Artists' Book. Explores how science can serve as a springboard for artistic creation. Book artists were asked to create works of art inspired by classic scientific texts. UVM Special Collections has several of the resulting creations, including Ten Books of Vetruvius by Laura Davidson, Double Helix by Julie Chen, and The Anatomy Lesson by Joyce Cutler-Shaw.
Personal Visions: Artists' Books at the Millenium. This University of Delaware exhibit includes works produced 1995-2001. UVM Special Collections has a number of the books presented in the exhibit.
