Complementary and Integrative Health

Dana Medical Library is now open to UVM affiliates with an active CATCard and to UVM Medical Center employees. Library resources, services, and support are also available online!

Welcome! This research guide is designed to serve as an easy access point to some of the most important print, electronic, and web resources used in complementary and integrative health.

It includes information on:

  • Evidence-based Resources such as Natural Medicines, UpToDate, and the Cochrane Library
  • bibliographic databases to the journal literature, such as MEDLINE and CINAHL
  • finding full-text journal articles
  • search tips and tutorials
  • finding books and monographs, including historical items
  • and more!

Throughout this guide, the "lock" icon will be used to indicate licensed resources that require a UVM or UVM-Medical Center logon and password when accessing from off-campus.
