Search library subscription databases

Academic Search Premier is a large multi-disciplinary database. It includes and points to articles in newspapers, the popular press, and scholarly journals.

Environment Complete references journal and periodical articles, conference papers, and monographs in broad areas related to the environment, including but not limited to: ecology, energy, natural resources, geography, pollution, law, policy, social and human impacts, and planning. It includes some full text and links to full text.

PsycINFO contains international scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, books, and dissertations in psychology and the social, behavioral, and health sciences.

Or try Google Scholar.

Click "Settings" > "Library Links" to show library access links for University of Vermont. This will enable you to click through to the full text of articles in journals to which we subscribe.

Working from a computer off campus?

"Academic Search Premier," "Environment Complete," and "PsycInfo" are not  free websites. They are subscription databases purchased by the library.

To search using a computer off campus, first click “Connect Off Campus” and log in with your UVM netID and password.
