Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) Project

The purpose of this activity is to hone your critical thinking skills around the contentious and complex issue of genetically modified organisms. Critical thinking is a process that focuses on "uncovering assumptions that frame how we think and act, and checking these for their accuracy and validity" (Teaching for Critical Thinking: Tools and Techniques to Help Students Question Their Assumptions, Brookfield, 2012). The point is to lead us to develop informed opinions and take education actions.
