Please refer to the library homepage (Welcome Back! banner) for all news of Howe library operations during this time.

Did you know?

There are librarians that can answer your research questions.  All research assistance is currently available remotely.  Ask a question by chat ,e-mail, phone or text through the Ask A Librarian page.

Remote access to electronic library resources

To access the library's electronic resources, please  click on the "Connect off campus" green button on the library's home page at http://library.uvm.edu before you begin your research.

Then enter in your UVM Net ID and password, same as you do for your e-mail and BlackBoard.

This enables you to use UVM Libraries electronic resources, such as journal article databases and the electronic journal collection.

If you are already logged into your MyUVM or your UVM e-mail, the system will recognize you as a UVM affiliate and it is not necessary to click on the green button on the library home page labeled "Connect off campus."
