Advanced CatQuest Search

CatQuest's advanced search searches like a database with multiple terms in one search.  You can also search subjects, authors, and titles and limit your search in multiple ways.

WorldCat

Worldcat collects the catalogs of other libraries.  It is a great way to see what books have been written on a topic.  You can also see which libraries own a certain book and then place an interlibrary loan request for titles that look helpful.

Search for an item in libraries near you:
WorldCat.org >>

Interlibrary Loan

If we do not own a book or article, Interlibrary Loan will allow you to borrow the book from another library.

If we do own a book and you'd like a scanned version sent to you, you can use our Document Delivery service to request scanned versions of items we own in print.

Due to copyright, we cannot scan whole books, but book chapters and older articles in print can be scanned and sent to you.  Use the Interlibrary Loan sign-in and, under "New Request" select "Document Delivery" as the type of request.  This might just save you a trip to the stacks!
