Suggested Search Strategy:
Unless you have in hand an actual legal citation to a case, bill, or law, it is usually best to start your research with secondary sources such as books and articles. Secondary sources will help you identify the names and numbers of bills and laws and the names of legal cases. You can then use that information to local these items in primary sources.
