What if the database doesn't contain the full-text of the article?
FIRST try clicking the "Find it @UVM button" that appears near the article abstract.
- This will attempt to connect you to an electronic version of the article.
SECOND, If the "Find it @UVM button" does not lead you to the article. . .
- Check to see if our library has a subscription to the journal.
- On the library website, click "Journal Titles."
- Then type the title or the journal--not the article title--in the box and click "Search."
- This will tell you if we have a subscription to the journal in print form, electronic form, or both.
THIRD, if the "Journal Titles" search shows we do not have the journal. . .
- Request the article through Interlibrary Loan (ILL).
- ILL is a free service, and articles usually arrive in a few days.
