Search tools work best when you utilize keywords instead of typing in questions or loose phrases. Having a strong list of keywords will save time and help you find more relevant content.
Start your research with some broad, background reading and create a list of terms related to the topic area. Be sure to note terminology used on multiple sides of an issue; this can aid in discovering content. Once you have a list going, add any synonyms to words you have already listed or write down any related concepts that aren't represented.
