How to Log Into Dana Medical Library Resources from Off Campus

Frequently Asked Questions

QI logged in and was using one of the library databases, but then a message popped up saying I had to log in again. Why?

A. Occasionally, the login connection between your computer and the library will get interrupted. When this happens, the system is no longer sure if you are authorized to use a library database (even if you’re still in it) and will ask you to log in again.

One way you can check to see if you are still connected is to go to the Connect from Off Campus page and check the Am I Off Campus status box. This will tell you if you are still connected or not. If not, try logging in again.

This should not happen frequently, however. If it does, email the library or call 802-656-2200 to report the problem.
