Find Articles with CATQuest

Enter your search terms in CATQuest using either the basic or advanced search mode. CATQuest will display facets (sets of results) that you can click on for quicker access to specific materials.

Newspaper Articles

Search the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune and other major newspapers by keyword or phrase. Results can be sorted according to relevance or date; and limited by date or document type. Since these are historical archives, you can find the first reviews of 19th and 20th century masterpieces, or appearances of legendary musicians in jazz, classical, or pop music concerts.

RILM Abstracts of Music Literature   "RILM Abstracts of Music Literature is a comprehensive bibliography on writings about music featuring citations, abstracts, and indexes. It covers over one million publications from around the world on traditional music, popular music, classical music, and related subjects.
