Why use this resource? Electronic version of the of the first edition of Jacques-Paul Migne's Patrologia Latina published 1844-1855, and the four subsequent volumes of indexes. Patrologia Latina comprises the works of the Church Fathers (e.g., patristic works) from Tertullian in A.D. 200 to the death of Pope Innocent III in A.D.1216.
